How do I make a return?
You have a 14-day right of return on your orders, which means that you must send back your order within 14 days of receiving the order.
If nothing's wrong with the item you want to return, you are responsible for the return cost.
If you need to return, make sure the item must be in the same condition as you received it.

Use our return portal to create your return. Please have your order number and email ready.

When we receive your return order, 45 DKK will be deducted from your refund amount for shipping fees.
Shipping fees will not be deducted if the return is a compliant.

When we receive your return order, your package will be handled and the refund processed within 14 days upon receiving at our warehouse. It might take an additional 2-5 banking days for the money to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.
