What changes

On 23 October 2026 the five tiers Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP were replaced by three: Member, Insider and Inner Circle. The points system has stopped, and your tier now follows what you’ve spent over the last 12 months.

Your new tier

Your new tier is based on your spend over the last 12 months, including orders placed before the change.

Until 31 December 2026, Gold members are at least Insider, and Platinum and VIP members are at least Inner Circle — or higher if your spend qualifies. From 1 January 2027 every tier follows your spend only.

Your points

Every point you saved is now store credit on your account, converted at 1 point = DKK 1 in the currency you shop in. Your store credit is valid until 31 March 2027 and is used at checkout when you’re logged in.

Lifetime discounts and free shipping

Former Platinum members keep their 10% lifetime discount and former VIP members keep their 15% lifetime discount, with no end date and whatever their tier. Former VIP members also keep free shipping until 31 December 2026. Both apply automatically at checkout when you’re logged in.

Timeline

23 October 2026: The new Membersclub starts. Points become store credit.

31 December 2026: Last day of guaranteed minimum tiers and free shipping for former VIP members. 1 January 2027: Every tier follows your spend only. 31 March 2027: Last day to use your store credit.
