How do I find my size? 

On the website, you will find size guides for all types of jewelry. Our size guides are indicative, but they are a good starting point for finding out how a piece of jewelry will fit you.

How do I make a return?

You have a 30-day right of return on your orders, which means that you must request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

If nothing's wrong with the item you want to return, you are responsible for the return cost.

If you need to return, the following steps are required:

First of all, the item must be in the same condition as you received it.

You will need your order confirmation with information about the purchase. If you do not have the opportunity to print your order confirmation, write down your order number and put it in the package together with the item to be returned.

Contact us by email at info@josephcph.com and describe why you want to return the item.

How long can I return a gift?

You have 30 days after the gift is given to create a return. When you place your order, please note if some of the products are for a gift.

How is my jewelry packed?

You receive your jewelry in a small velour pouch, which is in a jewelry box. Our pouches are functional, great for storage, and you can also use them if, for example, you are going on holiday or need to have a few extra pieces of jewelry in your handbag. The boxes provide more solid protection for the jewelry and are also very decorative.

When will my jewelry be delivered?

The jewelry is packed as soon as possible when you have completed your order. If all the jewelry you have ordered is in stock, you can expect the following:

If you live in Zealand and choose to have your jewelry delivered via Burd Delivery if you order before 2 pm, receive your orders between 6 pm and 8 pm the same day.

The standard delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 working days.

The standard delivery time in Europe is 2-5 working days.

The standard delivery time outside Europe is 4-6 business days.

Be aware that if you order on the weekend, it will take an extra number of days before you have your new jewelry in your hands.

What about shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over 850 DKK if you have ordered to an address in Denmark. On orders under a total of 850 DKK, a shipping fee is added. The price depends on which country the package has to be shipped to.

Once you have selected delivery and entered your address, the total price of the order will be displayed, and here you can also see what you will pay for the shipping.

As soon as the purchase transaction is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your new jewelry's path on its way to you.

What is your jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry is produced as sustainably as possible. We use 100% recycled sterling silver, which consists of 92.5% pure silver, to match the highest standards of all our jewelry. Therefore, our jewelry is stamped with 925. This stamp is also used on our gold-plated jewelry and is professional proof that the materials are certified by Danish Precious Metal Control.

Our gold-plated jewelry is plated with 100% recycled 18-carat gold, so we ensure that the jewelry has the best quality possible.

On all our jewelry, you will find the personal engraving JosephCPH, which also is registered by Danish Precious Metal Control.

How do I take care of the jewelry?

WEAR AND TEAR OVER TIME

Each piece of jewelry is crafted with great precision and care. We plate our gilded designs with up to two microns of pure 18-carat gold, which is one of the highest qualities of gold that we use to preserve the gold for as long as possible. It is important to note that plating fades and that the gold will wear off over time when the jewelry is used frequently - this is normal. For example, when rings and bracelets are in direct contact with skin, they fade over time due to contact with sweat, lotion, perfume, and other liquids.

JEWELRY CARE

Perfume, lotion, water, salt sun, chlorine, and other liquids and chemicals are the worst enemy of your plated jewelry, so try to avoid direct contact with these substances. If you want to take good care of your jewelry, you must take them off when you wash your hands, bathe, do household chores, sleep, sunbathe or play sports.

HOW TO STORE AND PROTECT YOUR JEWELRY

The best way to protect and store your jewelry when you don't use it is in a bag or jewelry box. For example, you can keep them in the velour pouch that you receive with the jewelry. Be careful not to put the jewelry together as they will rub and scratch on each other. Also, always keep your jewelry out of direct sunlight and humid spaces.

Do you have a physical store or a showroom?

Joseph CPH jewelry is available online via our website, which you can access 24/7.

If you meet any form of trouble or issue during your purchase process, you can on this page, among other things, find delivery information, return information, and size guides.

We have a showroom where you can come and see, try, buy and return jewelry by appointment. You still have to place your order or return online, since it is a showroom and not a store, but you can come and try the jewelry and get the needed guidance. Since the showroom is also our office, there are no fixed opening hours and it does not function as a normal store.

Can you repair a piece of jewelry?

Unfortunately, we do not repair the jewelry. If your jewelry is broken on delivery, does not live up to the expected quality or the like, you can make a complaint about the jewelry, and then we can refund the purchase for you.

Complaints and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you do not want. Once your return is accepted, your purchase will be refunded and you can make a new purchase.

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and tell you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically have your item refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to three business days for the money to be credited to your account.
