Return Christmas gifts

Are you getting an early start on Christmas gifts? During the holiday season, you can extend your return period until January 7th. If you would like this, please contact us, and we will be ready to help.

How can I get access to your drops?

To get all the information about our drops, you have to sign up to our newsletter. You can do this right here on our website. If you signed up once you are signed up for all future drops and information about them.

How often are the drops?

There are no fixed dates for the drops, but as soon as we have information we will let you know through newsletters and on Instagram. So be sure you are signed up and following to be the first to know. 

When will a style restock? 

We only produce a limited amount of products, so what is put online at the drop is all we have available. Some styles may restock - this will be because other customers have made returns. You can sign up to be notified if a product comes back in stock. Go to the product you want, and click the "Notify me when available" - button.

What is "Studio collection?"

Our studio collection is for styles that will - or could be reproduced. Unlike the rest of our styles, which will only be
restocked if a style is returned.

How does the clothing fit? 

On the website, you will find size guides for all our clothing. Our size guides are indicative, but they are a good starting point for finding out how a style will fit on you. 

How do I make a return?

You have a 14-day right of return on your orders, which means that you must send back your order within 14 days of receiving the order. If nothing's wrong with the item you want to return, you are responsible for the return cost. If you need to return, the following steps are required:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
  2. You will need your order confirmation with information about the purchase. If you do not have the opportunity to print your order confirmation, write down your order number and put it in the package together with the item to be returned.
  3. Use our return portal to create your return. Please have your order number and email ready.

When we receive your return order, 45 DKK will be deducted from your refund amount for shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be deducted if the return is a complaint.

Additional Information for Non-Danish Customers (Rest of Europe):
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping.
  • Make sure to write your order number on the package.
  • The return must be sent as business delivery (not to a parcel shop) to avoid delays.

How long can I return a gift?

You have 14 days from the day the gift is given to create a return. When you place your order, please note if some of the products are for a gift.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order is packed as soon as possible after you have completed your order. You can expect the following:

If you place your order before 2 pm and live in an area where Burd Delivery operates you will receive your order between 6 pm and 10 pm the same day.

The standard delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 working days.

The standard delivery time in Europe is 2-5 working days.

The standard delivery time outside Europe is 4-6 business days.

Be aware that if you order on the weekend, it will take an extra number of days before you have your order in your hands.

What about shipping?

Shipping costs depend on which country, your package has to be sent to. 

Once you have selected delivery and entered your address, the total price of the order will be displayed, and you will be able to see what you will have to pay for shipping.

As soon as the purchase transaction is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your orders path on its way to you.

Do you have a physical store or a showroom?

We do not have a showroom or a physical store where you can come and see and try our items, we have chosen to run our store via webshop only.

Complaints and Refunds

Please inspect your order upon receipt and create a return immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and purchase it again right away.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your complaint and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically get refunded on your original payment method. We will process your order within 14 days upon arrival at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This can take up to an additional 2-5 banking days.
