Our business concept is based on limited product drops released regularly. To receive information about upcoming drops and be among the first to shop new styles, sign up for our newsletter on the website. Once subscribed, you will automatically receive updates about all future drops, including release information shared via the newsletter and Instagram.

We do not have fixed drop dates. As soon as new information is available, it will be shared via our newsletter and on Instagram. Make sure you are signed up and following us to stay informed.

Get an order status+
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Order details and tracking information can also be accessed through your customer account.
Cancellation+
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled by contacting us via the contact page. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Changes+
If you wish to add more products, please place a new order. Multiple orders with identical status may be combined, and shipping costs for one order will be refunded where applicable.

Available shipping methods and costs depend on the destination country. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

Orders are packed as soon as possible after purchase. Estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 2–5 working days
Outside Europe: 4–6 business days

Return & Refund+
Return a product+
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, log in to your customer account using the email address used for the purchase and follow the return instructions.
The order number must be clearly indicated both inside and on the outside of the return shipment.

Product Exchange+
We don’t have a separate exchange process, but we’ve made it easy to switch items. Just register a return through your account, and once it’s confirmed, you can place a new order for the items you prefer.
Return costs+
A standard return label costs 49 DKK (EUR 6.99) and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If a standard return label cannot be provided, the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

We produce a limited number of products for each drop. Some styles may restock if items are returned. You can sign up for restock notifications by clicking “Notify me when available” on the product page.

Size guides are available on each product page. They are indicative and intended as a helpful starting point when choosing your size.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking status. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours.

Product claim+
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, create a return via your customer account and select the appropriate claim reason so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Remaining balance?+
After a claim has been initiated, your account may show an open balance. This can occur if a replacement product has been shipped or if a return label has been generated. You may ignore the balance, as it will disappear once the claim has been closed.
