Terms of service

1.    GENERAL 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on our website, www.josephcph.com, owned by JOSEPH CPH ApS, ("JOSEPH CPH"), CVR no.: 33 86 35 35 , C/O Josephine Havmøller Strandboulevarden 97, 5. tv., 2100 Copenhagen Ø. 

JOSEPH CPH may at any time amend these terms of sale and delivery with effect for the future. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable from time to time. It is therefore recommended that you read the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to any purchase.

2.    PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices on www.josephcph.com are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. The prices that appear on our website at any given time are applicable. 

The total price including delivery costs is listed prior to your final approval of the order. 

Payment is not deducted until after the item has been shipped. JOSEPH CPH accepts the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard), PayPal, Viabill, Mobilepay. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after the order is confirmed. 


3.    DELIVERY 

JOSEPH CPH offers delivery via DAO, GLS, PostNord, UPS and DHL. Delivery can be made to the following countries:

EU, Great Britain, USA.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method. The total cost of delivery is always listed on your order prior to your payment. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Free delivery may be offered in connection with promotions and applies only for delivery within Denmark (not Greenland or the Faroe Islands) and is always based on the cheapest shipping method.


4.    COMPLAINTS

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects and complaints apply to all purchases made via www.josephcph.com. You therefore always have a 24-month warranty if your goods suffer from a defect at the time of delivery. The 24 months apply from the day you receive your product. 

You are always obliged to make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect in your product. Complaints within 2 months will always be considered timely. 

JOSEPH CPH will reimburse reasonable costs for the return if your complaint proves to be justified. If your complaint turns out to be unjustified, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs. 

You are responsible for ensuring that JOSEPH CPH receives your shipment. We therefore recommend that you save your receipt and other relevant information for your shipment. We also recommend that you return the item in proper packaging. 


5.    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing at www.josephcph.com. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the item. If you wish to make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal, you must expressly inform us of this within the 14-day deadline.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to info@josephcph.com within 14 days after you have received your item, stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must pay the costs associated with returning the item yourself.

Returns:
When you have sent us an e-mail you will receive a return label from JOSEPH CPH. The item must be returned within 14 days after you have informed JOSEPH CPH that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is important that you return the item in proper packaging, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Therefore, keep relevant information and receipts from the return. 

You must always include your order number, name, and address on the packaging so that JOSEPH CPH is able to locate your purchase.  

You must pay the costs associated with returning the item if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This applies regardless of whether you wish to cancel your entire order or only part of your order.

Refund:
JOSEPH CPH will refund the amount to the same means of payment that you have used for your order. We are obliged to refund you the full amount of your order.


6.    THE JOSEPH MEMBERSHIP CLUB 

You automatically become a member of THE JOSEPH MEMBERS CLUB when you create a profile with us.  Your total payment amount defines your level and the points associated with your profile. Your points can be redeemed to purchase items in our webshop.

The levels are divided as follows: 

-    Bronze
-    Silver 
-    Gold 
-    Platinum
-    VIP
