Shipping policy

In Denmark a shipping fee is added depending on which country we are shipping to. For deliveries outside Denmark a fee according to GLS, UPS standard delivery prices is added to your order total. You will receive an email with your track and trace number, so you can track your delivery.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and that a business address is open in normal working hours. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for any extra expenses regarding redelivery or changes to address.

Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns and is only valid in Denmark (not Greenland or the Faroe Islands) and is always based on the cheapest method of shipping.

For deliveries outside EU, customs duties might be added. The buyer is responsible for the customs costs.
