How do I make a return?
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. This means your return must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is related to a defect or a complaint
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Include your order confirmation in the package. If you’re unable to print it, simply write your order number on a note and place it inside the package.

You can create your return through our return portal. Simply enter your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Click on the link below:
Once we receive your return, a return shipping fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees or charges associated with returns.
If you're returning an item due to a claim (e.g. a defect or wrong item), the return fee will not be deducted.
